TOME acknowledges our craft cannot be mastered in a lifetime, and each release represents a new chapter in nature's ever-changing encyclopedia.

Tasting notes

TOME is bright, fresh and intended for earlier drinking. Carefully matured in a combination of large French oak casks and concrete tanks TOME is crafted with the Bekkers’ hallmark obsessive attention to detail.
