The Real Review: 2024 Syrah Grenache, 95 pts

Very deep, saturated purple colour; intense ripe blackberry and dark cherry aromas laced with subtle spices and a little peppermint, while the palate comes on strongly with concentrated flavour and big tannins punching through the finish. Black fruits and tarry/bitumen notes, the tannins mouth-coating and supple. A terrific blend, the shiraz driving it for the present moment.
