Dark, saturated purple/black/red colours in the glass. Earthy broken rock, licorice, graphite and ironstone aromas coupled with liqueur cherry, pepper/spice and tar. The wine is voluminous in flavour and fruit sweetness, it's succulent and plush, with firmly gripping tannins and the structure to age well for many years.
