Hand-picked, 20% whole bunches, the remainder machine-sorted to remove shrivelled berries; matured in two used French hogsheads. No issue with the alcohol; the bouquet and palate have spicy confit red fruits ranging from strawberry to raspberry given flavour balance by earthy/savoury tannins. 71 dozen made.
