15% whole bunch, biodynamic. Four days cold soak pre-fermentation. 60% new French oak. Rich, sweet fruit – very typical and vibrant, and beautifully handled oak. Upfront, powerful fruit, smooth and succulent body. Not so much ‘Syrah’ character – much more ‘Shiraz’, really. Flawless sheen and balance. It would be interesting to see how this develops.
