Hefty shiraz, and more. Warm and rich with chocolate, soy and plum flavours laid on. Extremely dense and sweet, port-like, but with blueberried highlights. Smoky oak and sappy, spice-like notes add much-needed interest. A colossal wine. Firm, fine and chocolatey through the finish. A huge red but a classy one. 95 pts.
